Sounds like the dark triad combo pack. And they show up in any and every field, discipline, lineage, community, etc They like to hide in positions of assumed credibility, authority or likability.
I have come across many of this type. Unfortunately or fortunately, my face tells no lies and I have no time for drama/tantrums - irrespective of anything I might or might not say, my face will already be saying it. Sometimes this has landed me with more abuse, sometimes it has temporarily arrested an outbreak. The biggest lesson I've learned is to not give a tinkers cuss and to wear that expression. I don't even bother with the "whaaaah, you've pooped your nappy & expect me to clean up, do you?" sarcasm anymore. Can't be bovvered. Bore off. Oh look, there's something more interesting over there. Ta rah....
Hi Darren, the wisdom you share on this crucial topic is so sorely needed, especially now in 2026, where the fallout from runaway Cluster B personalities let loose is literally wreaking havoc and destruction...in marriages, families, and in whole societies from authorities down.( Microcosms and macrocosms? !! )
